1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data in connection with this website is:
- Company
- Tectigon LLC
- Address
- [REGISTERED ADDRESS]
- Registered office
- Switzerland
- kontakt@tectigon.ch
2. Scope and applicable data-protection law
This Policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP) and the Swiss Data Protection Ordinance. Where the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a specific processing activity, its requirements are considered in addition.
Under Swiss law, personal data is processed according to the principles of lawfulness, proportionality, purpose limitation, transparency, accuracy and data security. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based as appropriate on consent, pre-contractual or contractual steps, legal obligations or legitimate interests.
3. Technical data when the website is accessed
When a website is requested, the server and network infrastructure delivering it necessarily processes connection data. Depending on the production hosting configuration, which has not yet been documented in this project, these details may temporarily appear in server logs.
- IP address and time of the request
- requested address, transferred data volume and HTTP status
- browser, operating system, device type and technical identifiers
- referrer address where supplied by the browser
- Hosting
- [HOSTING PROVIDER / SERVER LOCATION]
- Log retention
- [SERVER LOG RETENTION PERIOD]
4. Direct communication
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, company and enquiry, to communicate with you, answer your request and, where relevant, prepare pre-contractual steps or services.
Under Swiss law, processing is limited to the stated purpose. Where the GDPR applies, relevant grounds may include Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual steps and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in appropriate business communication and operations.
5. Contact and quote forms
The website displays contact and quote forms containing fields such as name, email address, telephone number, company, requested service, budget and message.
In the currently reviewed implementation, these entries are validated only in the browser and are used to display a local confirmation. They are not transmitted to a server, delivered by email, stored in a database or passed to a CRM. Please do not enter confidential information in these forms until a production submission channel has been implemented and this Policy has been updated accordingly.
6. Purposes of processing
- technical delivery, stability and security of the website
- detecting and resolving technical errors or abusive access
- answering direct enquiries made by email or telephone
- preparing, performing and documenting business relationships
- meeting statutory retention and evidence duties where applicable
7. Cookies and local storage
A review of the active pages found no analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies and no storage of user information in Local Storage or Session Storage. No consent banner for such technologies is therefore implemented at present.
Any technically necessary cookie or similar mechanism introduced by a future hosting, security or form system must be reviewed and added to this Policy before production use.
8. Analytics, tracking and advertising
This website currently uses no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or comparable analytics, profiling or advertising-tracking system. No automated advertising profile is created.
9. External content and third parties
The reviewed website does not load externally hosted fonts, maps, videos, social-media widgets or other embedded third-party content. Its frontend libraries, icons and design elements are delivered with the application.
If you communicate directly with us, the email or telecommunications provider chosen by you and our corresponding communications provider may process connection and content data under their own terms. Specific providers are not documented in this project and are therefore not invented here.
10. Processors, disclosures and international transfers
We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, IT operations, security, email or telecommunications where necessary for the relevant purpose. They may process data only within their contractual tasks and applicable data-protection requirements.
The reviewed frontend does not itself implement a transfer of personal data abroad. Whether hosting or communications providers process data outside Switzerland or the EEA depends on providers that still require confirmation. Where such a transfer occurs, an adequate level of protection or suitable safeguards such as recognised standard contractual clauses must be ensured.
11. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for its purpose or while statutory retention, documentation or limitation periods apply. Direct business communications may be retained in line with those requirements. The technical log-retention period must be completed once production hosting is selected. Form entries are not stored server-side in the current website implementation.
12. Your rights
Subject to the law applicable in the individual case, you may request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction of processing, and the release or portability of certain data. You may object to processing and withdraw consent with future effect where those rights apply.
Requests may be sent to kontakt@tectigon.ch. Appropriate proof of identity may be requested to prevent unauthorised disclosure. In Switzerland, you may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the GDPR applies, you may complain to the competent European supervisory authority.
13. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Depending on the system, these include access restrictions, secure configuration, updates, logging and protection against unauthorised server-side requests. The production website must be delivered over HTTPS. Absolute security of electronic communications cannot be guaranteed.
14. Automated decisions
The website currently makes no decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing and creates no user profiles.
15. Changes to this Policy
This Policy will be updated when the website, service providers, purposes of processing or legal requirements change. The version published on this page at the relevant time applies.
